As with all products and services we stand behind our product.  We will recover your password or your money back.  We currently offer services for the following Microsoft Office products:

Office Suites

This includes Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  Once you have decided that FixMyData is the company that can deliver, click on the "Upload Now" button below.  You will then be directed to our file upload page to upload your file.  There is a short form that you need to fill out that tells us what you want us to do with the file and how to contact you.  On the file upload form you have the option to have the file returned to you with the password removed, simply have the password sent to you via e-mail, or have a engineer call with the specifics.  After we have received the file we begin work within the hour.  If for some reason the process is going to take longer than 3 hours an engineer will call or e-mail you with a status update.  (NOTE:  This service level applies during the week from 0700 to 1800 cst..  During the weekend and holidays please indicate that it is an emergency on the file upload form and we will try our best to accommodate you.)

This service costs only $10.95 regardless of the Suite (95, 97, 2000, or XP) or application (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, or Powerpoint).  Please note: This is a per file charge. 

Please Read the Following:

1. The customer certifies that they are the legal owner of the file or program that the customer requests a password recovery on.
2. The customer will pay FixMyData for services rendered as posted on the web site.
