We recover lost passwords for a number of applications.  Once you have decided that FixMyData is the company that can deliver, click on the "Buy Now" button below.  We use PayPal for all our transactions.  You will be redirected to their site to arrange payment.  You have the option or using any credit card or your checking account.  Once complete, you are returned to our file upload area where you can send your file to us.  On the file upload form you also have the option to have the file returned to you with the password removed, simply have the password sent to you via e-mail, or have a engineer call with the specifics.  After we have received the file we begin work within the hour.  If for some reason the process is going to take longer than 3 hours an engineer will call or e-mail you with a status update.  (NOTE:  This service level applies during the week from 0700 to 1800 cst..  During the weekend and holidays please indicate that it is an emergency on the file upload form and we will try our best to accommodate you.)
