Privacy Statement

At FixMyData we understand the need for Privacy in business matters. As corporate policy the following guidelines are implemented by all employees.

All data and files that are sent from customers are removed from our servers after 3 business days of issue resolution.
User personal data is never shared with any third party supplier, vendor, or partner. We do not "spam" our customers with marketing material once the job is complete.
Your e-mail address is treated as confidential information. We will never sell or otherwise divulge your e-mail address to any third party's.
Password recovery information is removed from our servers. We do keep a record of customers for tax reporting purposes but we never record the name or type of the file that was recovered.
